Skipissues served a global student audience with diverse education systems, search behaviours, and decision-making patterns. The challenge was designing a unified digital and growth strategy that could scale globally while guiding users from discovery to confident action.

Leading the Strategy

As a co-founder, I led the growth and product strategy, treating SEO, digital marketing, and product design as a single behavioural system. The focus was on structuring content around decision stages, using SEO to qualify intent, reducing cognitive load, and applying behavioural tracking to identify friction and drop-off.
